How do I get an account at Ripca?

You can become a member by contacting us. Use the contact form at the top right on this site or you can also call us on:

We will contact you by phone or email explain the conditions to you. We will ask you to fill out a form and send that in along with your first official order. When that is finished we will make a account for you.

 

 

Question :

What is your minimum order value?

Answer :

Our minimum order value is € 100, -, we can if you agree send the goods with a small order surcharge plus freight of sending with a total of € 22.50

 



Question :

What does a delivery freight cost me?

Answer :

€ 0, - to € 100, - delivery only after agreement conditions ,€ 7.50 is charged for shipping in the Netherlands if you request the delivery to be on saturday the added charges will be € 10,- , € 10.50 for Belgium,  € 11.50 for Germany and in the United Kingdom. £ 9.50

  

€ 100, - up to € 350, - freight is calculated on the basis of size shipment, i.e. one package to 31 kg with a maximum circumference of 300 CM € 7.50 is charged for shipping in the Netherlands, € 10.50 for Belgium,  € 11.50 for Germany and the United Kingdom. £ 9.50 Other countries on request!

 

€ 350, - for the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany and the UK shipping over £ 350, - is free. Others countries on request.



Question:

When can I expect my order?

Answer :

As a rule, parcels within the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany are delivered in 24 hours, excludes holidays etc. United Kingdom would be 48 hours. This applies to all orders that are ordered before 15:30.



Question:

What are the payment terms and payment methods at Ripca?

Answer :

At Ripca the first three orders shipped prepaid, via Bank transfer, Saferpay, Paypal, cash, or pay by debit card /credit card on collection.
After these three orders we can do a credit check at Graydon, then we can, if we get a positive assessment, offer a 30 days after invoice date!

What's your price structure?

Answer :

As you know Ripca uses low prices! However, we still maintain different price levels depending on purchase and dealer type.

Ripca Catalog, how can I get one?

Answer :

Ripca is a dynamic company with continuous flow of new products therefore it is not possible to make a new catalog every time. We do have a printable version online which gets updated regularly

Question:

What is Ripca's return goods policy ?

Answer :

If you for any reason want to return the goods, please contact us. If your return is justified we will send you a return-form by mail. Please do remember to include the form along with your goods because otherwise you may get a credit delay!

In cases where Ripca is not at fault and the goods are more than 30 days old, we are ,due to organizational reasons, compelled to charge 15% handling-costs!
